The short version

  • Xflow has RBI's final authorisation as a cross-border payment aggregator for inward and outward payments.
  • Xflow's partner AD Category-I bank is JPMorgan Chase.
  • Xflow says the EDF goes to the bank where you receive payouts from Xflow, and that it can help prepare the EDF.
  • Xflow doesn't need the EDF before collecting payments.

How Xflow money reaches you

From the providers' published pages and, where marked, user reports, checked 04 Oct 2026. Providers change their banking partners and rules; check before you rely on this.

Xflow collection, payout to your bank

  • How it arrives: A rupee payout to your bank, by noon the next business day according to Xflow.
  • Proof of payment: A FIRA from JPMorgan Chase on the Payout page of your Xflow dashboard. Xflow's EDF article mentions this for invoices above ₹10 lakh; smaller invoices can be closed on your own declaration.
  • To close an invoice, give the FIRA to your bank with the invoice number.

Your Export Declaration Form

Exporters file the EDF with their AD bank within 30 days after the end of each month in which they invoiced a foreign client. Companies, LLPs and firms file. Individuals may not need to: on 7 October 2026 RBI said individuals don't have to report transactions of a personal nature, and its FAQ isn't out yet, so ask your bank (who files). See the full EDF guide or work out your due date.

  • File with your own payout bank, and put that bank's AD code and branch in Part 1.
  • List each invoice in Part 2B at the full invoiced amount.
  • Send the FIRAs to your bank with the invoice numbers so it can close each invoice.

Fees

Xflow's pricing page lists a Starter plan at US$12 a transaction up to US$2,000 and 0.6% above, and a Growth plan at US$20 up to US$5,000 and 0.4% above, at the mid-market rate. Declare the full invoice amount and record what was deducted as a fee.

Watch out for

  • Payments through a payment aggregator are capped at ₹25 lakh per transaction.
