1. Who we are
easylancing is operated by Pradeep Kumar, India ("we", "us"). Contact us by email at support@easylancing.in . By creating an account or using easylancing you agree to these terms.
2. The service
easylancing is a software tool for preparing export invoices, export declaration forms, payment records, letters and tax data from the information you enter. Using it does not create a professional-client relationship, and it is not legal, tax, accounting or foreign-exchange advice (see the disclaimer). We may add, change or remove features.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. Give accurate information, keep access to your email secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
4. Your responsibilities
You are the exporter and, where applicable, the registered person. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you enter, for reviewing every document before you use it, and for filing it with your bank or any authority on time. easylancing never submits any return, declaration or form on your behalf.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use easylancing for anything unlawful, to enter personal data you have no right to use, to break or overload the service, to access other people's data, or to copy the service by automated means beyond normal browsing and search-engine indexing.
6. Your data
What you enter and upload stays yours. You let us store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy notice.
7. Fees
easylancing is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you the price before you can use them, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
8. Rules, accuracy and availability
Outputs reflect our reading of public laws, regulations and circulars as of the rules version shown on each document. We work to keep them current but cannot guarantee that they reflect every change or every bank's practice. The service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. Banks, payment providers and other third parties you deal with are responsible for their own services.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for penalties, interest or fees arising from filings you make, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
